Patented frame with external cooling fins prevents diode failure. Heavy-duty copper wound coil and spike-resistant diodes. Double wide heavy duty ball bearings. Low idle cut-in internal voltage regulator. Internal and external cooling fan, 6 groove pulley. Made in USA from 100% new components. These alternators include Tuff Stuff's Bullet Nose Fan and 6 Gauge Pulley.
