This 1972 Nova used to belong to Edward’s friend who has unfortunately passed away a few years ago. The spouse had called Ed up to start the car and take it for a drive, and afterwards she decided to offer Edward the car!
He obliged, but first had to sell off his ’56 Chevy wagon before he could take the Nova. The first order of business was to re-gasket the entire engine, and then replace the timing gear tensioner. A new oil pan and Edelbrock intake manifold were also added shortly thereafter.
Edward has chosen to upgrade the brake and fuel lines with stainless bits courtesy of Ground Up & The Right Stuff Detailing, ensuring that Edward doesn’t have to worry about these components for years to come. Currently, he just loves driving it around, whether that be at the strip or on the street.
