This 1968 Nova is a real treat for Ted, as his first car was a 1974 Buick Apollo and he loved the body styling of that Buick. That, and he was also born in 1968 so he took that as a sign.
This Nova isn’t a real SS, but it may as well be. It was purchased through Hanksters Hotrods of PA and came equipped with a lot of goodies such as a dressed up 454 big block, 4 speed Saginaw with Hurst linkage, a mild cam upgrade, and a Demon 4 barrel dual feed carb, among other power mods.
This Nova also has a 12 bolt posi rear with 3.73 gearing, frame connectors, traction bars, front power disc brakes, power steering, and air shocks with multi leaf springs out rear. Comfort is achieved with all new black bucket seats, aftermarket air conditioning, a 4 gauge tombstone console, aftermarket audio, and more. This Nova really has it all.
Ted would eventually like to modify the exhaust and possibly upgrade his disc brakes to Wilwood all the way around.
