1976 Monte Carlo Restoration Information

                                             1976 Monte Carlo Resto

In 1976, Monte Carlo got a styling refresh with updates to the front and back of the car. With updates to the headlamps, grille, tail lamps, trunk lid, and more.

From the point of view of style, there can be little question in your mind. Monte Carlo has it. It’s genuine. Honest. Original. A car with crisp, sculptured lines the likes which you will see on no other car. A trim, personal-sized gem of a car at a Chevrolet price. And given that, we dare say it won’t surprise you to hear that Monte Carlo is, far and away, the most popular car in its specialty class. And has been each year since its introduction.

Interiors

Monte Carlo interiors are as elegant as Monte Carlo exteriors. Close inspection reveals a tastefulness of design and execution we think you’ll appreciate. The standard interior features a molded full foam bench seat, deep cut-pile carpeting, and color-keyed instrument panel and steering wheel. Upholstery comes in an appealing mix of tailored knit cloth material or available all-vinyl. Monte Carlo also offers special seating arrangements. For example, Monte Carlo’s available swivel bucket seats. Elegant, yes. But also practical, in that the contoured bucket seats swivel up to 90 degrees for ease of entry and exit. Now take a look at the Special Custom Interior, combined this time with the thoughtfulness of the available reclining passenger seat.
