Gordon B’s 1967 El Camino

Built From The Ground Up

Gordon B’s 1967 El Camino

Gordon’s ’67 El Camino used to belong to his step dad, Dominic. He purchased it from the original owner, who only had it for two years. It was one of his daily drivers and used to haul all his work shop materials. He passed away in 2006 and Gordon became the owner.

Gordon recently put in a new crate 350 engine which included a fuel injection system from his old engine. The El Camino has a 4L60E transmission, all new interior including a Dakota Digital dash, Foose chrome/gray wheels with BFGoodrich tires, Wilwood disc brakes, and a new tubular suspension with coil over shocks. Gordon also had the truck bed sprayed.

Gordon says that one of the favorite aspects of his car is the Dakota Digital dash he installed. It looks like OEM and works great!

Gordon says he considers the car basically “done”, an just plans to enjoy it.

"In the past I’ve purchased from SS396.com and found your products to be very close to OEM quality!"
