In 1992 AMK (on strong advice from friend Ed Meyer) purchased 1200 lbs. of surplus fasteners originating from the Shelby American plant in California. The immediate success convinced us to move forward!
Today they stock thousands of classic Chrysler, Ford, and GM fasteners weighing in at over 1 million pounds! Years of research and diligence have allowed then to produce the finest restoration fastener kits available for popular 1964-81 American vehicles.
AMK believes in American Made quality. They design and finish tooling at their Virginia distribution facility and pledge to produce a minimum of 80% of our fasteners here in the USA!
