This 1964 Chevelle convertible was put out to pasture, literally, where Brian found it in 1987. There was not much left other than the body and the top bows, but he was determined to save it.
He had the Chevelle on the road by 1990 somehow restored to running and driving condition. He continued to drive it for the next 26 years coated in primer. By 2016 he finally had the motivation to finish the project, and the restoration was completed by 2018.
“It is special to me because of how I found it and what it took to build it, to what it is today.”
Bryan
This resto-mod build is powered by a 350 small block with an Edelbrock top end kit paired to a TCI TH350 transmission with a 2200 RPM stall converter.
