Charles J's 1969 Camaro | Ground Up Motors

Charles’s had this 1969 Camaro since the mid-’90s and has put in quite the amount of work since picking it up.

It had been sitting for awhile outside of a mechanic shop that he would pass by on the way home from work. It needed a lot of mechanical TLC when he found it.

Currently, the powertrain is a 427 stroker by CNC Motorsports along with a TH400 transmission. His father had helped him with the build, unfortunately, he is no longer with us to enjoy the fruits of their labor. That is one of the primary reasons why this car is so special to Charles, because of the memories of his father.

He plans to continue enjoying it, for the time being, ultimately keeping it in the family when he can’t drive it any longer.

“Just to hang on to it as long as I can I don’t have a son but I have a daughter I guess she will keep it”
