Harvey G’s 1972 Chevelle SS

Built From The Ground Up

Harvey G’s 1972 Chevelle SS

Harvey first became interested in a 1972 Chevelle after selling his 1969 Camaro and on top of that, he graduated from high school in 1972, so choosing this year was an easy decision for him.

Harvey also thought that Mulsanne Blue (exterior code 26) with white stripes was the best color combination produced for this year, so that’s where his search started.

Four years ago in Des Moines, Illinois Harvey found and bought the Chevelle as you see it above, only having to replace a few parts. Harvey’s recently purchased Chevelle already had a pretty extensive restoration a few years back so Harvey only needs to maintain it going forward.

It has numbers matching 350 c.i.d. engine, TH350 transmission, factory A/C, F41 suspension with boxed control arms and rear sway bar. Harvey also managed to retain all the original build sheets to authenticate this beautiful Mulsanne Blue, White vinyl top, and white stripes 1972 Chevelle.
