Nicholas was just sitting around one Saturday morning when his friend Rob called him up to check out an ad on eBay for a 1969 Camaro. He looked at the 1969 Camaro and gave Rob a call back to discuss it. When Nicholas went back online to make an offer it was sold but the ad was still up, so he called the guy and they spoke for a while. Nicholas gave him his name and number.
He called Nicholas back the next day. The original purchaser was not responding to his text or emails and offered the car to him. A deal was made over the phone, and he delivered the car right to Nicholas’s house from Alabama to New York. When he arrived, the car was in an enclosed trailer. So, Nicholas decided to buy the trailer also.
Powered by all original and matching # 302 engines. M21 transmission and 12 bolt rear are also original.
The 1969 Camaro is a real Z28 RS with a flat hood and Enduro front bumper. Painted Butternut Yellow. It’s a real barn find sitting in Alabama and last registered in March 1984.
Nicholas has no plans to restore the car. He had to rebuild the engine, redo the brake lines, fuel lines master cylinder carburetor, and distributor, and whatever he had to do to make it roadworthy and pass inspection.
