Paul S’s 1970 Chevelle SS396

Built From The Ground Up

Paul S’s 1970 Chevelle SS396

Paul found this 1970 Chevelle listed online at a Connecticut dealer. He put a deposit down and took the trip from New Jersey to check it out, and it was love at first sight.

The Chevelle was essentially finished, with the exception of the old dash. Because of that missing detail, he was able to get it for what would be considered a pretty good deal. Paul wasn’t afraid to replace the dash himself, so he purchased a reproduction and did the deed.

While he was in there, there were a few other items that he switched up. Either pieces were missing or what was there as delivered was not correct for the car. With everything now properly sorted, paul had a sense of satisfaction.

This L34 396/350 hp SS 1970 Chevelle is wearing an attractive and somewhat rare dark green with white SS stripes and a white interior.

"Friendly service, always have the parts in stock and they get the parts out to you right away."

-Paul S
