Russell’s 1972 Chevelle SS396 Convertible

Built From The Ground Up

Russell’s 1972 Chevelle SS396 Convertible

Sometimes if you want something done right, you have to do it yourself. This was Russell’s philosophy as he restored his 1972 Chevelle SS big block convertible in his home garage using mostly Ground Up parts.

After receiving a full frame off restoration, Russell’s Chevelle took 1st place at the Carlisle GM Nationals. This is one of several cars that Russell has restored and he already has another ’72 Chevelle SS project lined up to keep him busy.

We can’t wait to see the pictures of Russell’s latest restoration project when it’s completed! – Team Ground Up
