Sigurd B’s 1969 Camaro

Built From The Ground Up

Sigurd B’s 1969 Camaro

This 1969 Camaro is another classic example of a one owner survivor car.

Sigurd and his father found this 1969 Camaro brand new at a local Detroit dealership. At the time Sigurd was 18 years old and about to leave for college, and the pair were shopping for his first ever car. All that he required of whatever he got was that it had to have disc brakes.

Sigurd and his father drove to the dealership to check out the Camaro, and he fell in love with the burgundy color. A deal was struck for $2880 out the door and Sigurd drove it back home.

This Camaro is equipped with a 350 small block making 350 horsepower with an aluminum intake, headers and a cam upgrade. It was purchased with a 3 speed manual on the floor but has since been converted to 4 speed manual shift in the following years.

There are plans to install a reproduction of one of the optional chambered exhausts that were available for a limited amount of time from dealers.
