Now available in a sleek black finish, Champion Cooling Systems Black Series Chevelle aluminum radiators are manufactured at their ISO certified manufacturing facility. These Chevelle aluminum radiators are made to the highest of standards paired with unequalled quality precision and workmanship. The single component water based coating blended by Celliose Coatings that use acrylic emulsion, anti-rust pigment and other auxiliary agents to form a long lasting Semi-Gloss Black finish that resists chipping, peeling, is heat tolerant up to 300°F, and resistant to chemicals and the elements. The highest of grades of aluminum available are used in all manufacturing processes. All Champion aluminum radiators are constructed using 100% welded seams brazed core technology and absolutely no epoxy.
