1970-1977 Monte Carlo TH400 transmission kickdown solenoid switch single terminal. The kickdown on a turbo 400 TH400 transmission is electrically controlled by a throttle switch and a solenoid inside the transmission. This connector mounts into the case of your transmission. Since they are made of plastic time and temperature take their toll on them casting then to dry outshine and crack which can rise leaks. Mounts to the transmission the same as the OEM switch and your factory harness will plug right in.
