That is why we have taken the time to develop the Ultimate on car adjustable upper control arms for the rear on your G-Body. There were no short cuts when manufacturing these arms, only the best materials and components money can buy were used to build our Ultimate Arms. Well known weak areas where other manufactures use mild steel have been replaced with aircraft quality 4140 chrome moly steel featuring a TIG welded construction. The upper control arm mounting points feature CNC machined 0.250 inch mild steel, 4140 Chrome-Moly tube adaptors and a high strength 4140 chrome moly heat treated 1.000 inch solid adjuster; truly overkill for any application! For ease of adjustment UMI has designed our Ultimate Arms with on-car adjustability. You can easily make pinion angle adjustments in the garage or at the track; it's as simple as loosening two nuts! Using UMI's unique chrome moly on-car adjuster, simply turn the adjuster with the control arms on the car to quickly lengthen or shorten the control arm length. Pinion angle adjustments are a must when wanting to lower your track 60-foot times, increase traction and reduce unwanted wheel hop.
